quality and craftsmanship that we manufacture into every
mattress gives Comfortaire the confidence to offer the
original owner a limited warranty against any defect in
workmanship or materials, excluding the cover, for a period of
20 years.
In the event
that service resulting from a defect is required during the
first five years, Comfortaire will repair or replace (at Comfortaire's
option) the product at no charge to the owner.
In the event
that service is required from a defect after the first five
years, Comfortaire will repair or replace (at Comfortaire's
option) at a pro rata charge based upon the component's current
replacement cost. Comfortaire also warrants the Air
Control System to be free
from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of five
years. During the warranty period, Comfortaire will
repair or replace (at Comfortaire's option) the product
at no charge.
After the
warranty period, Comfortaire will repair or replace (at Comfortaire's
option) at a pro rate charge ($30 minimum).
If a defect
occurs in your Comfortaire product, please contact your
dealer. If the original dealer cannot be reached, write directly
to Comfortaire at:

Please give the
date of purchase, dealer's name and address, product size and
include a brief description of the defect.
If identical materials are not available at the time of product
service, Comfortaire reserves the right to substitute
materials of equal value. Comfortaire also reserves the
right to refuse service when the product is found to be in an
unsanitary condition or when product failure
is found due to any cause other than defective workmanship or
materials.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may
also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Be sure to fill out the warranty card that came with your product
and mail it to the address indicated on the card. |
